Church today

Today for church I didn't go to a church building, I didn't meet with some friends and pray, I went to a friends house and helped them move. Do I feel like I should be ashamed that I skipped church to help a friend out? No, no I don't. What is church but a place for us to meet together with other believers and offer worship to God? What is offering your service to someone but a time to put others in front of you and offer worship to God through selflessness? I went to church today, but it was a serving church - a church of helpers.
